  • Make Provider installable

  • Make Provider installable and various refactoring

  • Remove spdlog requirement as it is provided by logging

  • Use TransportData struct

  • Use new CMake 3.13

  • Remove bamboo specs

  • Transform protocol into json

    • Protocol now uses json as message encapsulation
    • Removed unnecessary TTA dependency from THFMR2
    • Removed PQXX and nlohmann explicit reference (will be inherited by
      Protocol and DB)
